while maximizing independence and restoring, maintaining and promoting health
• Facilitate a collaborative communication process between the client, family, medical professionals, and
caregiving staff
• Respond efficiently to our client’s immediate needs, including hospital and facility discharges, respite care,
and emergency coverage.

I am very pleased with my current caregiver Leanne and hope she gets to stay with me permanently. But if not who ever she is with she’s fantastic a hardworking loving person loves animals helps me with my service dog brushing if I need help. She cooks and so much more. And wonderful company. In addition she has helped me in organizing and getting rid of things and help pack things for when my section 8 voucher comes through I’d be lost without the help of someone just trying to to do housekeeping let alone everything else with my disability getting worse. I am deeply indebted to J&M Home Care for the service they have provided. I am 73 years old, paralyzed from the chest down and bedridden for 22 hours a day. J&M sent me a Caregiver named Guyto. He is one of the most compassionate and dedicated human being I've known. He bathes me, dresses me, takes me in my wheelchair on 1 and 2 mile travels around Sebastopol where I live. He sweeps, vacuums and mops the floors of my apartment. He disinfects the door knobs, chairs and bed railings. He fixes my meals and is always at my beck and call. He's very respectful and humble. He is an excellent Caregiver. I am truly blessed and thank J&M for their professionalism in their choice of employees. I am a great fan and advocate of J&M.
We are in the process of transitioning from 24/7 RN's to 24/7 Caregivers and J&M has been extremely helpful during this transition. In particular, Drakzin, North Bay Regional Director, has been very hands on during the interview process and has made this transition much easier for the family.
The team at J&L has been nothing short of amazing! The office staff is incredibly supportive and responsive, always ready to help. Our current caregiver, Brenda, is truly exceptional. She’s professional, compassionate, and incredibly patient. Brenda has been a lifeline for my father, who is in the early stages of dementia and recently lost his wife of 52 years. Her care and dedication give us such peace of mind, knowing he’s in the best hands.
