We are searching for kind, compassionate, professional Caregivers to assist clients in in the following towns: Annville, Hershey, Hummelstown, Lebanon, Myerstown, Newmanstown, Palmyra, Robesonia, Wernersville, Womelsdorf. We will always work with you to keep you as close to home as possible. BONUSES/BENEFITS Competitive Wages -We pay an additional $1.00 per hour for weekends and overnights. We also pay significantly higher rates for shorter shifts. Supportive Staff -We are always available to answer questions Flexible Shifts -We will work around your needs Personal One-on-One Care -No more burn out from being asked to take care of multiple residents $150 Referral bonus -for each friend/family member/colleague that you refer to us who is successfully hired Convenient Care- After successfully completing probationary period the the agency will pay for up to 3 doctors visits per year for the following conditions: upper respiratory infections (colds and flu), strep throat, sinus infections, mono, ear infections and pink eye. We will also pay for 1 prescription per visit for these conditions. We are a relatively young agency....so this is a potential ground floor opportunity for amazing, flexible caregivers who aspire to eventually become schedulers, case managers and supervisors. Retirees welcome! Applicants must: Display a Compassionate and caring demeanor Have Minimum of 1 year experience in caring for Seniors and/or Disabled Adults professionally or personally. (Sorry, the state Dept of Health does not allow us to count caring for a loved one) Be Reliable, Punctual, Professional and Responsive Have a Valid Drivers License and a reliable, insured car.
