HIRING CAREGIVERS FOR SENIOR CAREHOME

DUTIES include but are not limited to: *Assisting residents in their activities of daily living tasks as needed and directed. This includes bathing, grooming, personal and dental hygiene, continent/incontinent care, shaving, dressing, and hair care. *Respond to residents’ needs promptly while maintaining each resident’s self-respect, personal dignity, safety and confidentiality. Respond timely to resident call alerts. *Assist residents into and out of bed and wheelchair as needed, following safe lifting/transferring techniques. * Prepare and serve meals. *Assist residents at mealtimes. *Miscellaneous activities such as housekeeping, bed making and laundry. *Assist residents in preparing for activities and social programs.
