Primary Functions; To provide personal care assistance services that assists clients to live safety and comfortably in the privacy of their homes Assist clients with activities listed on clients care sheet, including but not limited to: * Personal care activities' :including bathing, dressings, grooming, bowel and bladder transfers * Transfers *Range of motion *Light keeping *Laundry * Meals: Including but not limited to cooking , feeding , storing meals, washing dishes * Shopping: including but not limited to grocery shopping and personal shopping * Companion care Basic care needs for the clients daily activities
