Genus Patris Hospice and A Care Home Health Services has an immediate opening for per visit Licensed Vocational Nurse.
The Licensed Vocation Nurse will be under the supervision of the Patient Care Coordinator (RN), QA Nurse or Case Manager. The LVN responsibilities include but not limited to following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes and provide support and comfort to patients and families.
Qualifications:
A. Currently licensed as licensed practical nurse by the State of Board of Nursing.
B. One (1) year prior nursing experience preferred.
C. Ability to work in a field setting and exhibited ability to make sound nursing judgement.
D. Effective communication skills.
E. Have and maintain an automobile to be used for work.
F. Knowledge and experienced with but not limited to IV infusion, wound care
