RN Hospice and Home Health

A-Care Home Health Services and Genus Patris Hospice has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be under the general supervision of the RN Manager. She/he provides intermittent skilled nursing services, communicates the patient's progress with other disciplines and directs, supervises and instruct non-professional home health aide staff in the provision of personal care to the patient. Qualifications: A. Is currently licensed in the State of Texas ot in accordance with the Board of Nursing Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact ( NLC) and B. One (1) year experience as professional nurse preferred C. Ability to work in the field setting and exhibited ability to make sound nursing judgement. D. Ability to assess patient needs and formulate individualized patient care plans to meet those needs. E. Effective communication skills F. Must have and maintain an automobile to be used for work.
