Direct Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team. The caregiver will provide direct care and assistance to individuals in our adult family home setting. This role requires patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to ensuring the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility support and help residents move safely around the home. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring dietary needs are met. Administer medications as prescribed and document care accurately. Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns to management. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and maintaining a clean living environment. Follow care plans and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required (training available). Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed.
