Responsibilities
-Deliver personalized care to clients, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
-Assistance in meal prep, laundry, and light housekeeping
Skills
-Proven experience in home care
-Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
-Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
-Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
-Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with healthcare teams and families
-Valid CPR and First Aid certifications; additional certifications such as nursing or social work are required for all employees
