-Proven experience in Pediatric and/or adult nursing; must be comfortable adapting care styles for both populations.
-Hands-on proficiency with Infusion Therapy.
-Strong technical skills in Injections and Phlebotomy.
-Technical Skills: A high level of comfort with digital charting.
-Communication: Ability to translate complex medical information into clear updates for family members.
-Independence: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a home-based environment with minimal direct supervision.
