Nestled in a quiet residential setting our faith-based family-style home cares for just 4–6 residents at a time—making every moment intentional, peaceful, and meaningful for both our residents and our caregivers. About the Position: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Overnight Caregiver to join our team. This live-in position offers a private room and attached bath, as well as meals included (prepared daily by our staff). This is a unique overnight role: 🛏️ You’ll be able to sleep through the night unless a resident emergency occurs. 🛎️ Currently, all residents are sleeping through the night and rarely need assistance. ⚠️ However, you must be capable of waking up quickly and providing care in the case of an emergency. This position is ideal for someone with a calm presence, a heart for seniors, and a readiness to be part of a mission-driven home environment. THIS POSITION WOULD WORK WELL FOR BSSM STUDENT HOURS. Would need to be in the home between the hours of 9pm-8:30am (with occasional flexibility if you would need a later night out). Paid for hours awake in emergencies and for morning shift from 6:30-8:30am as a second staff helping to get residents ready in the morning. $17.50+ an hour.
