WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a kind, attentive, and reliable Part-Time Caregiver who cares deeply about serving seniors. You will support residents in assisted living, memory care, and hospice with professionalism, compassion, and genuine warmth. KEY QUALITIES Compassion, patience, and attention to detail Strong communication & teamwork skills Someone who treats residents like family RESPONSIBILITIES Assist residents with personal care, showers, hygiene, and dressing Give medications as directed and chart accurately Prepare meals from provided recipes; assist with eating as needed Support mobility, safety, and physical therapy exercises Provide companionship and emotional support Housekeeping, laundry, and home organization Observe and report any changes or concerns Respond responsibly and calmly in emergencies Follow care plans, safety protocols, and state regulations SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience as a caregiver or LPA preferred CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Strong ethics, reliability, and compassion Ability to lift, assist, and support residents safely Good time-management and communication skills Valid driver’s license Able to pass Live Scan Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards WHY WORK WITH US?
