Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and experienced Caregivers who are passionate about improving the quality of life of our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do
As a member of our caregiving team, you will provide non-medical personal care and companionship services that promote comfort, dignity, and independence.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when appropriate.
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Accompanying clients during walks, recreational activities, or appointments as needed.
• Observing and promptly reporting changes in a client's condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services accurately.
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication with clients and their families.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
Preferred qualifications include:.
✅Experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.
✅Current CPR certification
✅Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (if applicable)
✅Previous experience providing personal care in a home care, assisted living, or healthcare setting
✅Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client homes
✅Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
✅Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirement
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅Ability to work independently while following established care plans
✅Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude.

Work Location
Services are provided in clients' homes throughout our service area. Assignments are based on your availability and preferred travel distance.
