To become a “temporary nurse aide” there is a FREE online course which can be completed in approximately 4 hours link here.

Students must click on “create account”, “register here” as a non-member, and create a profile, and go through the training modules.
The exam is 50 questions, students will have 3 chances to pass the exam, with up to 10 wrong.
Once you pass, a certificate will be issued, you may notify the Villa Rancho Bernardo. At that time, you will be directed to meet with one of our regional instructors who will review the skills with you and help you prepare for sign off by an RN.
Once signed off, you will move along with the facility hiring practices.
This is a temporary employment opportunity but as we do not know how long the pandemic will last, we are hiring employees as full-time benefited associates.
