We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Life Skills Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with Down syndrome.
This position focuses on promoting independence, daily living skills, and overall quality of life in a supportive and positive environment.

Provide one-on-one care and supervision
Assist with daily living and life skills development
Encourage independence and community engagement
Support routines and structured activities
Ensure a safe and supportive environment
Maintain clear communication with the care team
