We are seeking a compassionate and patient Bilingual (English/Spanish) Life Skills Assistant / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with autism.
This role focuses on promoting independence, supporting daily routines, and helping develop essential life skills in a structured and supportive environment.

Provide one-on-one support and supervision
Assist with life skills development and daily routines
Encourage independence and positive behaviors
