Job description Job Description and Qualifications Duties Assist client with ADLs as needed Provide ambulatory assistance as needed Prepare light meals for client Light housekeeping Feed pets Transport for client’s doctor’s appointments and errands as needed Provide companionship Document start of shift, end of shift, client’s condition throughout shift and actions taken Demonstrate an understanding of FCC Policies, procedures and handbook Qualifications 18 years or older Eligible to work in the US High school graduate or equivalent Current driver license Current CPR certificate Up to date TB test with negative result Must pass background check Medical Specialty Geriatrics Home Health Physical Setting Long term care Supplemental pay Bonus pay Overtime pay Other Work location Multiple locations COVID-19 precautions All clients are required to sanitize regularly and submit vaccine status
