Hospice Clinical Manager

Essential Functions: Supervision of field nurses Supervision of hospice aides Recruiting of hospice staff Supervision/Management of hospice resources Coordination of the IDG (Interdisciplinary Group) In charge of compliance and quality improvement Manage patient calls Provide continuing education as necessary to staff Provide direct care to patients from time to time if necessary/required Will report to the Director of Nursing Required Qualification/Skills: Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Minimum of two years nursing experience Strong med surg, ICU, ER, acute experience Hospice experience required Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure Current CPR certification Strong organizational and communication skills Essential computer skills
