We are looking for cheerful, compassionate, responsible Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide services to clients in need of Home Health Care in Alexandria, Manassas, Vienna, & other areas of Northern Virginia. Responsibilities Help with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist with personal care and hygiene Help with completion physical therapy and other recommended exercise Complete shopping or accompany community members when they shop if needed Perform light housekeeping duties that community members can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals Follow a Plan of Care for each client as provided by our registered nursing staff Monitor and report changes in client health status to the registered nursing staff Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Clean and disinfect frequently touched areas, including changing bed sheets Employee Benefits Starting Pay: $12/hour for Aides -Bi-Weekly Pay -Supplemental Benefits & Training -Sign on Bonus $50 -Refferal Bonus $150 -Supportive, cheerful office staff to assist you out in the field.
