Medineeds Medtour is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical companion care. In this role, you will: Assist clients with daily routines such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being. Support clients in developing skills that enhance independence at home and in the community. Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings. Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Qualifications: Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Previous experience in caregiving, human services, or a related field preferred (but not required—training provided). Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors. Must pass a background check and meet state eligibility requirements.
