Loving Angels Homecare LLC is seeking PT/FT Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide: Supervision for safety and assistance to the client in activities of daily living to maintain the client in their home. Personal Care Assistant and Home Health Aides are paraprofessionals who are specifically trained and competent to perform assigned functions of personal care to a patient under direct instruction, direction and supervision of a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Services and Procedures of Assisting: Toileting Skin care to maintain the health of the skin Range of motion (ROM) and muscle strengthening exercises to maintain an optimal level of functioning Transfers and ambulation Bathing, grooming and hair washing necessary for personal hygiene Assistance with medication per parent direction Dressing or undressing of the client(s) Assistance with eating, meal preparation and grocery shopping Accompanying to medical appointments Household services that are a part of a personal care plan Appropriate reporting of changes in client status Note:This job description reflects Loving Angels Homecare LLC management's assignment of duties and does not restrict nor limit the duties that may be assigned.
