What we look for in a Certified Nursing Assistant: Six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities) Successful completion of a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job Have reliable transportation To be a compassionate, caring, reliable, honest and hard-working person Must be able to travel up to 30 minutes or 30 miles for this position  If you’re as passionate as we are about helping people living at home stay healthy and comfortably, we want you to feel Right at Home, too.
