Duties: Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nurse. Help patients move in and out of bed, chairs, wheelchairs, and other equipment. Assist with feeding patients as needed. Provide assistance with rehabilitation exercises and activities.
