Personal Care Assistant/ Caregiver

Job Description Qualifications Must be 18 years old Reliable transportation Positive and compassionate attitude Must pass caregiver background check. Duties Perform task delegated by the RN supervisor. Complete forms provided by the agency and report to the RN supervisor on each assignment including the clients progress. Promptly report any significant changes observed in the client’s condition to the RN Supervisor. Practice infection control measures and universal precautions recommended by the U.S center for disease control and prevention in accordance with the agency’s policies. Maintain a safe and clean environment Personal Hygiene Care/ADL's Light Housekeeping Shopping Meal Prep Hours can range from 10-40 hours per week. Starting pay is $9/hour. Ask about referral bonus. Currently providing Person Care Services in the following counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Dodge, Jefferson, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth, and Washington.
