Personal Care of the Resident:
Assist resident with personal care needs – including but not limited to oral care, bathing, dressing, hair/nail care, dining, toileting.
Resident Rights, Customer Service and Person Centered Care:
Honor all resident rights, provide emotional support and friendship.
Documentation/Communication:
Complete documentation of care provided during your shift, participate in change of shift walking rounds,
Infection Control:
Assist with keeping residents' living areas neat and tidy and durable medical equipment clean,
