LTC experience helpful but not mandatory
STNAs will provide care for residents assigned to them
Will make nurse aware of changes in resident condition as changes occur
Will communicate in a positive manner with all residents, MDs, coworkers, families and others that they encounter during their shift
Will assist with meals which may include serving food and feeding residents as needed
Will maintain privacy when providing care for residents
Treat all residents with dignity and respect
Wages based on experience and shift differential
