The Pavilion at Kenton has positions for LPNs for Day and Night Shifts Must be LPN with Active KY license Must have great attitude Must have great work ethic LTC experience helpful but not mandatory The LPN will direct care of residents on unit Ensure that excellent care is provided to our residents Be proficient with medication administration Excellent documentation is a must Able to complete assessments on assigned residents Complete treatments as ordered per MD Use of PCC helpful Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a Wage is based on experience and shift differentials To schedule an interview please call Peggy in HR at 859-283-6635 Monday-Thursday
