Must be LPN with Active KY license

LTC experience helpful but not mandatory
The LPN will direct care of residents on unit
Ensure that excellent care is provided to our residents
Be proficient with medication administration
Excellent documentation is a must
Able to complete assessments on assigned residents
Complete treatments as ordered per MD
Use of PCC helpful
Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Wage is based on experience and shift differentials
