Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure individualized care plans are met. Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and practices. Ability to lift and assist with the mobility of clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
