Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Assists in determining nursing and health needs of patients. • Helps assess and record patient progress. • Performs a wide variety of nursing duties as part of on-the-job training. • Administers medications and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse. • Adheres to scope of practice limitations based on qualifications. ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. • Valid State licensure as an LPN
Compensation
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour + $5000 Sign-on Bonus
