Job Summary Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse administers nursing care according to the plan of care to terminally ill patients in the field. Provides compassionate bedside nursing Provides support to the patient as well of the family members for end of life care. Delegating actions to CNAs. Working in an inpatient facility, have full understanding of medication management, time management and hospice philosophy. Education Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing.
