Caregivers/CNAs/HHAs for In-Home Care

Aadvanced Nursing and Home Health Services is looking for compassionate caregivers who will enable our clients to remain independent in their own homes. Caregivers will assist clients with: • Transfers, ambulation, and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.) • Personal care, bathing assistance, and general personal hygiene • Toileting and incontinence-related duties • Planning and preparing meals • Providing medication reminders • Performing light housekeeping duties (keeping living area clean, doing laundry, etc.) • Running errands and providing incidental transportation for the client Job requirements include: • Caregiving experience working with the elderly and/or patients who have chronic or acute conditions • Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly at an average adult level • Ability to problem solve quickly with good decision-making skills • Must pass a CA State background check and be registered as a Home Care Aide (we will assist with this process if needed) • Must submit proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Must provide a negative TB test or chest x-ray What we offer: • Competitive Wages • Flexible Schedules (FT or PT, 4-12 hour shifts, you pick your days!) • Health Insurance (for eligible employees) • 401(k) • Paid Sick Leave • Continuing Education • Mileage Reimbursement If you are passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding career working with seniors, we want you!
