We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers(PCW)/Homemakers/Host home providers to join our team. As a PCW/Homemaker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, ensuring their well-being and comfort. **Duties:** - Provide personal care services/homemaking to individuals, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Assist with dementia care and hospice care for patients in need - Implement social work practices to promote emotional well-being - Support individuals with autism spectrum disorder in their daily routines - Support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities - Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as needed - Family or individual Host home provider shall provide a “host home” and/or temporary supervision residence for the person and maintain a physical environment in the host home/temporary supervision residence. **Skills:** - Ability to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual disabilities - Familiarity with healthcare systems and procedures - Certification in first aid and CPR - Competency in activities of daily living (ADLs) - Proficient in documentation
