Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center, MN is looking for full-time and part-time CNA's to join our team!
Hiring Bonus up to $2,000, generous PTO package.
Shift differential for evening and overnight shifts.
Nursing Loan Reimbursement.
No cost single health insurance.
Day position shifts 6a-2:30p, evening position shifts are 2p-10:30p, and overnight position shifts are 10p-6:30a includes every other weekend/holiday.
* Must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
* Previous experience working with the elderly.
* Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
* Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
* Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
* Must meet all health requirements and pass background check.

As a CNA you are on the front line, interfacing between our residents and all other staff. You provide direct care for residents. Determined to preserve the dignity of each resident, you provide the individualized physical, mental, and dietary support that they need.
You are conscientious about communicating residents' health status to the other nursing personnel and keeping up-to-date and accurate documentation. You go home each day feeling good about the positive impact you have made in the lives of vulnerable people in your community.
