Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center, MN is looking for full-time and part-time CNA's to join our team! Hiring Bonus up to $2,000, generous PTO package. Shift differential for evening and overnight shifts. Nursing Loan Reimbursement. No cost single health insurance. Day position shifts 6a-2:30p, evening position shifts are 2p-10:30p, and overnight position shifts are 10p-6:30a includes every other weekend/holiday. * Must be on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry * Previous experience working with the elderly. * Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. * Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual. * Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. * Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others. * Must meet all health requirements and pass background check.
