Caregiver Position Available — Companion, In-Home & Community Support,

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to support a 32-year-old woman with developmental challenges in her home and community. She lives with her loving parents and works closely with a behavioral therapist. Position Details: Support Needed: Companion care, in-home support, community outings, and occasional respite care Schedule: Variable hours — flexibility is a must Location: Private family home and local community activities Environment: Warm, supportive, and family-oriented Ideal Candidate: Patient, nurturing, and reliable Experience working with individuals with developmental challenges preferred Comfortable following therapeutic strategies set by a behavioral therapist Able to promote independence while providing support and encouragement Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outings Responsibilities Include: Engaging in meaningful activities at home and in the community Supporting personal growth and social interaction Providing respite for family as needed Promoting a positive, safe, and empowering environment If you are someone who is passionate about making a difference and building a meaningful connection, we would love to hear from you!
