CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Summary: We are looking for experienced CNA's - Certified Nursing Assistants to join our growing location! Apply and find us at: www.rspseniorliving.com CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant- Roles and Responsibilities: * Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. * Takes care of patients’ personal hygiene by assisting with or giving bed baths, showers; toileting by offering bedpans and walking patients to the toilet; providing skin care and keeping patients clean at all times; dressing routines. * Helps direct resident restorative needs as dictated by care plans. * Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine and recording intake and output information. * Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor. * Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
