We are looking for CNA's to join our RSP Living Team here at The Woodlands of Arnold! Job Responsibilities for our CNA team members: * Provides activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary, providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. *Ambulating, transferring residents to and from wheelchairs and beds, turning and positioning residents. * Taking care of residents personal hygiene by assisting with or giving bed baths or showers; toileting by offering bedpans, urinals and assisting residents to the toilet. * Providing skin care and keeping residents clean at all times; assisting with dressing and undressing routines. * Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; recording intake and output information. * Provides resident comfort by answering call lights and requests. * Report observations of the resident to charge nurse or nurse manager. * Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records. *Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures. *Complies with HIPAA Privacy Act by protecting confidential resident information. *Participates in all training and continuing education, maintains certification to meet federal, state and accreditation standards.
