Free Life Insurance Policy RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Provide nursing care to patients within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities under the direction of a licensed nurse. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as bathing, grooming, oral care, etc. Ensure all call lights are responded to promptly. Reports on changes of conditions to charge nurse as identified. Assures residents are ready and appropriate for email times and may assist with feeding. Completes all required notes and documentation in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
