*$3 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The LPN is responsible for performing direct resident care and resident related activities as assigned by the Resident Care Manager (DON). The LPN is further responsible for supervising and directing nursing assistants in the performance of their duties according to physicians’ orders and established policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an active Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (or registered nurse license), in good standings
Long-Term Care experience in preferred but not required
Experience with Dementia preferred but not required
