Your job as a home care provider will be to support the household by providing services the client is unable to perform for him or herself. SERVICES: • Bed bath, sponge bath, or shower • Shampoo • Shaving • Oral Hygiene • Skin Care • Nail Care Dressing • Incontinence Care • Toileting • Emptying Bedside Commodes • Assistance with Ambulating • Range of Motion Exercises • Transferring of Non-ambulatory Patients to Chairs, Wheel Chairs or Bedside Commodes • Changing Patients Beds According to Incontinent Needs • Tiding Up and Light Cleaning i.e. Mopping and Dusting • Laundry • Light Meal Preparation • Mopping Floors • Running/Shopping Errands
