Frederick Living in Montgomery County is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) for our Skilled Nursing Department in Zieglerville, PA. Now Offering ***INCREASED PAY RATES*** ***SIGN ON BONUS*** The CNA in this role supports the Frederick Living Mission of caring for and enriching the lives of older adults with the following responsibilities: Perform resident care and Activities of Daily Living Perform Restorative Nursing Programs Observe and report changes in resident condition to Team Leader and/ or Nurse Supervisor Complete all required documentation accurately and timely Ensure a clean, safe and orderly environment for residents, self and staff Participate in resident Care Conferences and care plan review Collaborate with hall partners and other Cedarwood staff to ensure optimal care for residents Comply with Infection Control practices Conduct/ assist in resident life enrichment activities Maintain walkie-talkie on persons for effective call bell management and communication with team members Attend and complete all required in-services, training and Team Meetings Abide by the organization's code of conduct in the performance of their duties Successful candidates for this position will have: Current and valid PA Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) High School Diploma or GED Basic Computer Skills Frederick Living, a valuable resource to the community for 124 years, serves our residents using Montessori Principles of person-centered care.
