Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Current Registered Nurse licensure 2. At least 1-2 years of RN supervisory or administrative experience in a personal care or in a related Home Care setting 3. Training and experience in the provision of personal care or a related program Job Description: 1. Evaluate the need for service and make referrals to other services as appropriate. 2. Conduct supervisory reviews for care plan with client and caregiver every 60 days 3. Secure written orders from clients physicians 4. Develop a plan of care for client 5. Notify physicians, client family, or correct personnel on clients conditions 6. Provide introduction to care training for caregivers prior to starting assignments. 7. Complete PCST (personal care screening tool), plan of cares, and physician orders to send to physicians 8. Supervise RN staff and caregivers/PCWs 9.
