Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
C.N.A’s within our Facilities: C.N.A’s within our facilities will receive a permanent 2-week rotating schedule. This makes it very easy to schedule appointments and vacations. Staff can self-schedule with other staff as much as they would like with approval. Staff working inside of one of the facilities will receive the following premium pay for picking up extra shifts: • Part time and Full time positions available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift • 8 hour shift options: • 8hr shifts: 6:30am-2:45pm – 2:30pm-10:45pm – 10:30pm-6:45am • Starting wages for C.N.A $15.53 per hour (wages can increase based on relevant paid experience) • Shift differentials: • $1.50 per hour for 2nd shift • $1.25 per hour for 3rd shift • Hazard pay is an additional $2.35 per hour • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company • C.N.A class and state test reimbursement • Tuition Assistance Program for staff continuing their education in healthcare • Yearly raises • PTO accruals starting just 90 days after employment begins!! • Paid holidays
