The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicaid healthcare services, excellent administrative and computer skills, and proven experience in marketing and outreach. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations related to Medicaid patient services and compliance. Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage administrative duties including scheduling, records, billing, and reporting. Coordinate marketing campaigns to reach target patient populations. Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with federal and state Medicaid regulations. Communicate effectively with patients and staff in both English and Spanish. Utilize healthcare software, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for leadership. Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field ( very active preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management, specifically with Medicaid. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, EHR/EMR systems, marketing tools). Experience in marketing and community outreach is a plus.
