We are currently seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. We proudly serve clients throughout Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard Counties, providing high-quality, non-skilled home care services that make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Employment: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Starting at $16.50–$17.50 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Position Summary
The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides non-skilled, hands-on personal care and support to clients in their homes. Under the direction of the agency's care plan, caregivers promote safety, dignity, comfort, and independence while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Provide toileting and incontinence care.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Daily Living Support
Prepare meals and assist with feeding, when needed.
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Client Monitoring
Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration).
Observe and promptly report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.
Monitor and document basic vital signs, when appropriate and within scope of practice.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, or
Completion of a Home Health Aide (HHA) training program (minimum 75 hours or equivalent).
Current CPR certification.
Level 2 Background Screening (or willingness to obtain).
Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the United States.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Background Screening
Candidates selected for employment must successfully complete a Florida Level 2 Care Provider Background Screening as required by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
