RN Clinical Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified clinical nursing supervisor to manage, supervise, coordinate, evaluate, and develop client care teams to ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management within Touch of Love's scope of services and policies. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the direction of all home health clinical services and in doing so shall possess a solid experience as a registered nurse and is able to handle stressful situations. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Responsibilities Schedule nurses’ shifts Assign clinical and non clinical staff to patients Ensure nursing operational standards are met Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures Train new team members Implements in-services and continuing educational programs Conducts monthly chart reviews and patient eligibility Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions Handle complaints and incident reports Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends Provides back up clinical nursing Skills Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor minimum 2 yr experience required. In-depth knowledge of nursing procedures Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in home healthcare Team management skills Great communication and people skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Graduate of accredited nursing program with current license as Registered Nurse; BSN is a plus
