HHA/CNA - Indianapolis

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan. Responsibilities Provide health care services in patients residences Perform domestic and household tasks Provide needed assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ect. Provide needed assistance with transfers including hoyer lift Monitor patients and report on any change in their condition Maintain patients care records and document provided services Assist patients with mobility and range of motion exercises Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills Proven working experience as home health aide Caring and compassionate personality Current Physical Current TB test Current CPR & First Aid training Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen High school degree or equivalent Job Type: Part-time
