CAREGIVER CNA OR LPN

We are currently seeking a compassionate, caring, highly skilled, and reliable Caregiver to assist as part of our growing home care team for our Stamford, Norwalk, and Greenwich Clients. You will aid with basic needs, provide compassionate care and assistance, document client progress, help ensure their well-being. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client. Must enjoy theater, museums, live performances, and the arts. Assist with mobility issues, helping the client get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc. Manage client medications and changes. Help with personal hygiene. Assist the client with personal care (i.e., bathing, home duties, cooking, light cleaning, running errands, MD appts) Assist with all daily activities based on the client’s limitations and needs. Ability to act promptly and responsibly in cases of emergency Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience working in a home care or healthcare setting Willing to travel at least 30 minutes. Must have a car insured and registered. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Willingness to comply with all legal and institutional requirements and guidelines.
