Home Health LPN Needed (Part-time) LPN needed in the River Parish area for busy Home Health agency. As a member of our team you will be responsible for furnishing comprehensive, skilled nursing services to home health patients in their residence. Requires excellent clinical assessment and communication skills along with the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced work environment. Additional Job Requirements: · Provides clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team. · Recent Home Health experience preferred. · Ability to prepare accurate and timely documentation. · Strong computer skills. License Requirements: · Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Louisiana. · Current CPR certification required. · Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
