Registered Nurse for Home Health Care- Fast Form OASIS SOC Charting

Family HomeCare is a locally owned home health organization in business since 1993 that is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) in the New Orleans and River Parish areas to provide skilled in home care. Full or Part-Time positions available. Advantages of working for FHC: * Extra compensation for IV, lab, and wound vac visits * Trip fees paid per visit * Teamwork- Case Managers in office and on call to help with concerns and acquiring orders * EMR that makes charting easy and quick * Your safety is our priority * On Call requirement only every 6-8 weeks * No night time visits * We train you 1 on 1 for you to learn at your own pace Duties include: • Develops, implements and revises plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other healthcare professionals involved in patient's care. • Excellent clinical assessment, communication skills, and the ability to stay organized. • Submits complete and timely documentation Requirements: • One year of nursing experience required. License Requirements • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Louisiana. • Current CPR certification required. • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
