Our organization is looking for CNA'S and LPN'S to provide compassionate care and support to residents in long-term care, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers. We have facilities located throughout the state NJ and offer very flexible schedule. Responsibilities: Communicate with physician's office and hospitals. Triage patient symptoms and act accordingly. Communicate patient's condition with nursing staff and families. Monitor, record, and report patient's condition.
