We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs/CNAs) to join our dedicated staff. Immediate openings for Full-time 3-11 LNAs: - $2500 sign-on Bonus - Every other weekend rotation/2 weekends per month - SNF and LTC settings - Active LNA required - We'll pay NH fees for CNA candidates Responsibilities: - Provide companionship, personal care, and assistance with ADLs - Dependability and good communication are essential for this position - Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff; including - bathing (including use of whirlpool tub), dressing, assisting with dining and ambulation program - Assist with transporting residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments - Answer call lights and make rounds regularly to ensure residents’ safety and comfort - Observe residents and report any abnormalities or changes in condition to supervisor - Maintain a clean and healthy environment and follow Infection Control Policies Qualifications: - Active NH LNA license - We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants - Recent clinical experience, long-term care experience preferred - Ability to build rapport with residents - Punctual, dependable work ethic - Compassionate and caring demeanor - Ability to work well in teams to provide a positive care environment - Excellent communication skills and command of the English language - Ability to follow written and oral instructions - Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
